Well, that is no longer the case and recently I took the dive and used an at home mole removal kit myself and wanted to share my experience.
Overall I was very happy with the way things turned out but I also want to make sure that you understand some very important things!

Choosing a mole freeze removal kit was harder that I expected. There are so many products with hyped up websites that claim to be the "best" or the "market leader" but honestly, how can they ALL be the best?
I relied on the power of the net and used consumer reviews to find the mole remover for me. After viewing several review sites that allowed real people like me and you to add their own ratings I found the product that I thought would work the best for me (it had for many others).

I chose Wart Mole Vanish, the product that was the highest rated on every consumer review site that I saw. It appears some people have a love affair with the product.

My Experience
My experience with Wart Mole Vanish was excellent and my mole was completely removed from my skin. The only mark that is left now (it's been a few months) is a very small indention in the skin where the mole used to be.
Applying the treatment was very easy. I did two applications that took about 20 minutes each and that was it. I never applied it again. Most of the other products required daily usage of creams, oils and / or acids and this, for me was a huge reason to choose this one over the other.
It also had a decent pain factor. Don't get me wrong, I could feel it but it wasn't a violent burn or anything like that either. Wart Mole Vanish is made of only natural ingredients and does not contain BLOODROOT, the ingredient that makes most mole and wart removers sting when you use them.

In Summary
After having completed my mole removal my self esteem and overall feeling about myself is much higher. I don't know why but having that mole on my neck REALLY dragged me down.
I'm already planning on removing another mole that I have on my back (not as noticable but still drives me nuts!).
